Yoga For Freedivers:
For all levels and walks of life. Benefit your breath in both freediving and life on the whole with this 2 part series this coming April. Lead by Michelle Yoga, newcomers and previous participants alike will build off the 3 part Yoga Breath and Chest Opening series practiced previously with Michelle in our other Series'.

Bottom Dwellers offers Day Charters to various different locations around Vancouver Island. From freediving in beautiful marine parks to exploring recreational dive sites and wrecks to spearfishing and sustainable marine harvesting charters, Bottom Dwellers strives to keep the community active and providing fun and exciting opportunities to explore the underwater world around Vancouver Island.
