Registration of classes with Bottom Dwellers requires personal demographic, contact and identity information. Bottom Dwellers requires the complete set of information in their registration forms to make course registration possible with Performance Freediving International. Registration information will only be shared with Performance Freediving International and Divers Alert Network for registration and insurance purposes. All other information collected by Bottom Dwellers, either voluntary or required is used solely for the purpose to what it was released by the client/customer for (i.e sales or mailing lists), as well as being used for in-house demographic database collection, promotions and improving the efficiency of Bottom Dwellers as an entity. Bottom Dwellers will not share your personal information, outside of sharing registration information collected with Performance Freediving International. Bottom Dwellers will not provide or share your information with any other third parties for any reason, including marketing and/or information collection. If at any point you wish to be removed from mailing lists previously engaged with through the Bottom Dwellers' site, you may contact us through e-mail or our webpage and request removal.

This information collected by Bottom Dwellers in stored in secure databases with squarespace and google assuring its customers that the information shared with Bottom Dwellers is in good hands, and protected by professional security systems, only to be used for the reasons previously listed above.

Any in-house website maintenance which Bottom Dwellers must undergo will be done using the squarespace and gsuite technical support systems. Information within the site may be used for trouble shooting to rectify any technical difficulties the site may occur and will be subject to squarespace's and gsuite's privacy policy agreements.
